Subject: 1969 Woodstock Music and Art Fair. Candid images of festival attendees on the festival field, in a campground, and on the festival grounds. Some images of the stage and light towers at night. One image of Richie Havens performing, inscribed “To Allen a friend Richie Havens.”
Technical: Scanned by The Museum at Bethel Woods from period snapshot prints. Maximum resolution approx. 3,600 pixels (long dimension, square images) and 5,100 pixels (long dimension, rectangular images).
